1. This unit is used together with the dual-end mechanical seal. 2.Connect the flexible metal tubing with the mechianical seal as shown in the figures. 3. For normal operation, please adjust the overflow valves and the angle needle valves to maintain the pump. 4. Make sure to use lubricants(engine oil or glycerin) inside the hydraulic pump station 5. For model JMY40, pressure regulation ranges between 0.5 to 4.0 Mpa For model JMY100, pressure regulation ranges between 0.5 to 10.0 Mpa

Application:
Mainly applied to closed- circuit liquid seal cycling for cauldron-using mechanical seals (dual end, with pressure exceeding 0.6 Mpa), which improses greater pressure and liquid compresation sealing liquid. Under the effect of piston mechanism, the presssure inside seal cavity will be in a certain proportion with the cauldron pressure to result in damping-like action, so as to ensure the mechanical seals work smoothly under stable conditions.

Application: Mainly applied to liquid seal cycling for mechanical seals under high temperature but relatively low pressure conditions so as to yield the cyclic cooling effect. during operation, make sure to maintain the interfacing pressure of pressurized air within the range between 0.1 and 0.05Mpa; To achieve better colling result, it is advisable to mount a spiral pump unit in the seal cavity.
